Commission Information
Commission Process
The commission process begins when I receive an e-mail (at harpydora at gmail dot com) or message (through deviantArt, FurAffinity, or Facebook) letting me know that you are interested in a piece from me. In that message, you should outline as explicitly as possible what you want me to create for you (the type of commission, the character/characters involved, references, and so forth). The more explicit you are in this message, the easier the rest of the process will be. :)
After reading the message and looking at any provided reference, I will then let you know if the commission is accepted. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason; the most likely reasons will be because A) I am uncomfortable with the subject matter, B) I do not believe I will be able to adequately satisfy your requirements, C) the request is for something I have stated I will not do (see also A), or D) my queue is full/closed. If I accept the commission, I will provide a quote based on what you specified that you want. At this point, if you wish to change what you want, it may affect the price of the commission.
After the work has been agreed upon, I will begin to sketch thumbnails. Once thumbnails have been submitted/approved, payment in full is due. The price will be in USD, and the preferred payment method is via Paypal (please do not include any notes in your payment). I may consider accepting check/money order through snail-mail if it is agreed upon before the process is started. I will not continue working on the commission until payment is received.
When payment has been received, I will begin sketching for the final image. During the sketching phase, changes may be requested for no additional charge. Once the final sketch has been approved, further changes may incur additional fees. I will show you in-progress shots to make sure that we are both on the same page.
Once the commission has been completed, I will provide you with a high-resolution file and/or the original image (depending on the nature of the commission). I reserve all rights for any pieces completed, unless those rights have otherwise been purchased.

I will gladly attempt things that are not on this list, up to and including X-rated artwork. This list merely represents what I am best at and what I will not do. For best results, have a look through my online galleries to get a feel for what I can do.
Pricing
